Terms of Service

You must be authorized to act for the organization connected to your account and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account.

You may use ServiceTags only for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse third-party services, or use the service to violate another person's rights.

Your organization retains ownership of the information and content it submits to ServiceTags. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate and support the service.

Organization administrators control member access and are responsible for ensuring that their use of ServiceTags, including uploaded content and notifications, complies with applicable law and their own policies.

Paid features, subscriptions, and physical QR tag orders are subject to the prices and terms shown when you order. Taxes and shipping may apply. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available account or support channel.

We work to keep ServiceTags available and secure, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. You may stop using ServiceTags at any time and may contact support about account closure or data export options.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServiceTags is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for ServiceTags during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel, and the effective date above will be updated.
