We collect account and organization information such as names, email addresses, company details, roles, and authentication records. We also store the content your organization adds to ServiceTags, including items, sites, tickets, forms, notes, photos, files, QR tag associations, and activity history.

When you use the service, we may receive device, browser, network, diagnostic, and usage information. If you contact support, we keep the information you provide in that conversation. Mobile features may request camera or notification access only after you grant permission through your device.

We use information to operate and secure ServiceTags, authenticate users, sync data, deliver requested notifications, provide support, troubleshoot problems, improve the product, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information may be visible to authorized members and administrators of your organization according to their permissions. We also use service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, communications, analytics, and customer support. They may process information only to provide those services to us.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the integrity of our systems. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update certain account and organization details in ServiceTags and control camera and notification permissions in your device settings. Organization administrators may manage or remove organization data. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable law and account ownership requirements.

ServiceTags is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when an update becomes effective.
